Do I need a referral?
No. You don't need a referral from another doctor to see a chiropractor in California.
How does pricing work?
Every new patient starts with a $135 exam. Care then begins with the 24-Visit Pack ($1,560, or $65 a visit). After you complete the pack, you can join the Wellness Membership: $120 a month for 2 visits. See pricing.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, anytime. You can cancel the same way you joined: in person, by phone or online. We'll also send a reminder once a year with your membership, price and how to cancel.
Is the pack or membership insurance?
No. Our visit pack and membership are not insurance. They can't be used for Medicare-billed visits.
How does the 24-Visit Pack work?
You prepay $1,560 for 24 visits and use them within 12 months. Unused visits are refundable at $65 each, with no penalty. See pricing.
Do you see children?
Yes. Children are welcome and are always seen with a parent or guardian present, with a parent's or guardian's consent. Learn about care for kids.
Do you see patients who are pregnant?
Yes. We adapt positioning and technique for each trimester and encourage you to keep your OB or midwife informed. Learn about prenatal care.
Do you do sports physicals?
No. We don't do sports physicals or provide clearance to play.
Do you see people after a car accident?
Yes. Dr. Arias sees people recovering from car accidents. Accident-related visits are handled separately from the 24-Visit Pack and membership, so call (925) 533-7740 and we'll explain how it works.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, like what you'd wear for a walk or light exercise.
